Resplendent Quetzal photo
Here is the photo I got through the guide's scope of the Quetzal.
What a handsome bird! I'm so glad you all got such great views of this one. That long, graceful tail feather is amazing. If I were a bird, I wonder if I'd find it quite tricky to navigate it through the dense forest and not get it snagged on a vine.
How lucky was it that someone was there with such a scope. The quetzal is an incredibly beautiful bird.
